What I believe
Most systems are built to scale. That is exactly the problem.
Organisations are optimised for process. HR is built to handle volume. Every job post looks the same. Every interview feels the same. Every shortlist looks the same.
When everything is built for scale, the individual disappears. And the individual is the only thing that actually makes a company win.
The competitive advantage nobody is using is being human.
My team of 6 beats listed companies every week. Not because we have bigger budgets or longer longlists. Because we show up as people, not as a process. We are faster, more engaged, and we do exactly what we promise.
That is rare. And for a CEO who wants to grow, it makes all the difference.
The right leader does not just fill a seat. They change the energy of the whole business.
I have spent 15 years placing leaders across Europe — niche challengers, listed companies, teams built from zero. The pattern is always the same: when the CEO is burning for growth and the leader beside them matches that energy, things happen.
That is the only kind of hire I am interested in. If you feel the same, we should talk.
