Let me introduce myself
I am Dirk Ohlmeier, with over 15 years of experience in executive search across Germany and Europe.
After completing my studies in economics in Germany, I moved to London to work as a strategic communication expert. Fifteen years ago, I transitioned into the headhunting industry. For the past decade, I have been supporting great leaders like you as a professional individual and have founded several companies in this field.
My core strength lies in discerning people’s true intentions.
My approach goes beyond merely placing individuals in roles; I focus on strengthening companies from within.
This prepares them to grow and thrive, because I believe that great people are the key to any successful business.

I don’t believe in the recruitment system as it’s run today. Traditional recruitment focuses solely on filling gaps instead of unlocking potential. The entire industry has become transactional—matching CVs to job descriptions without understanding the deeper economic opportunities at stake.
My approach goes beyond merely placing individuals in roles; I focus on strengthening companies from within.
While everyone else sells jobs and tickets for careers and leadership development, we are the only agency focusing on lifetime investments. We believe that every leader with 10+ years of experience knows the game and faces a choice: pursue the endless cycle of career hopping, changing jobs every 2-3 years while focusing only on personal advancement – or make the decision to find a mission worth investing 10 years of their life in.
